American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 14, 2017 12:38 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of ($.11) per share. The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on May 12, 2017. The dividend will be paid on or about May 26, 2017.
