Great Plains Energy Incorporated Declares Dividends
February 14, 2017 9:42 AM ESTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Great Plains Energy (NYSE: GXP) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.2750 per share on its common stock. The Companys current annual dividend level is $1.10 per share. The common dividend will be payable March 20, 2017 to shareholders of record as of February 27, 2017. The shares will begin to trade ex-dividend on February 23, 2017.
The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend on the Companys 7.00% Series B Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock. The dividend will be payable March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as... More
