Brixmor Property Group Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Results
February 13, 2017 4:05 PM ESTNEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) ("Brixmor" or the "Company") announced today its operating results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2016. For the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2016, net income attributable to common stockholders was $0.31 and $0.91 per diluted share, respectively, compared with $0.18 and $0.65 per diluted share, respectively, in the comparable 2015 period.
