Celanese Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.36 Per Share
February 9, 2017 6:15 PM ESTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global technology and specialty materials company, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share on its Series A common stock, payable on March 3, 2017.
The dividend is payable for the period beginning November 1, 2016 and ending on and including January 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of February 21, 2017.
