ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) today announced that its Board of Directors has revised the Companys dividend policy and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.80 per share on an annualized basis, for the first quarter of 2017.
