February 10, 2017 8:05 AM ESTJefferies lowered its price target on Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW) to $141.00 (from $147.00) while maintaining a Buy rating. 4Q16 EPS of $1.88 was 17% ahead of the Street's $1.61. However, lower taxes drove ~22c of the 27c outperformance.
