Bemis Company Announces 34th Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase
February 9, 2017 6:00 AM ESTNEENAH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE: BMS) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 3.4 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend, increasing it to 30 cents per share compared to the previous quarterly dividend of 29 cents per share. The cash dividend is payable on March 1, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 21, 2017. This marks the 34th consecutive year that the Company has increased its dividend payment.
