Aspen Declares Dividends on Ordinary Shares and Preference Shares
February 8, 2017 11:15 AM ESTHAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (Aspen) (NYSE: AHL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Aspens ordinary shares of $0.22 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on March 14, 2017 to the holders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2017.
In addition, Aspens Board of Directors declared a dividend on its 7.250% Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares with a $25 liquidation preference per share (the 7.250% Preference Shares) of $0.4531 per 7.250% Preference Share.
