COPT Declares First Quarter 2017 Dividends
February 7, 2017 4:16 PM ESTCOLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Trustees of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT or the Company) (NYSE: OFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per Common Share of beneficial interest for the first quarter 2017, payable on April 17, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2017.
The Board of Trustees also declared a dividend of $0.4609 per share of Series L Preferred Shares of beneficial interest for the period commencing January 15, 2017, and ending April 14, 2017, payable on April 17, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2017.
