Parsley Energy (PE) Announces 36M Offering of Class A Common Stock

Parsley Energy, Inc. (NYSE: PE) ("Parsley Energy" or the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 36,000,000 shares of Class A common stock (the "Equity Offering").
