Avista Corp. Board Increases Common Stock Dividend

SPOKANE, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/03/17 -- Avista Corp.'s (NYSE: AVA) board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3575 per share on the company's common stock, an increase of $0.015 per share (4.4 percent), yielding an annualized dividend of $1.43. The common stock dividend is payable March 15, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 24, 2017.
