PepsiCo Declares Quarterly Dividend
February 2, 2017 4:47 PM ESTPURCHASE, N.Y., Feb. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7525 per share of PepsiCo common stock, a 7.1 percent increase versus the comparable year-earlier period.  Today's action is consistent with the increase in PepsiCo's annualized dividend to $3.01 per share from $2.81 per share, which was announced in February 2016 and began with the June 2016 payment. This dividend is payable on March 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2017.
