PriceSmart Announces Semi-Annual Dividend
February 2, 2017 8:00 AM ESTSAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/02/17 -- PriceSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSMT) today announced that on February 1, 2017 its Board of Directors has declared cash dividends in the total amount of $0.70 per share, with $0.35 per share payable on February 28, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2017 and $0.35 per share payable on August 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2017.
