AXIS Capital Reports Fourth Quarter Net Income Available to Common Shareholders of $131 Million, or $1.48 Per Diluted Common Share

For the fourth quarter of 2016 the Company reports:

Non-GAAP operating income1 of $101 million, or $1.14 per diluted common share Annualized return on average common equity of 9.9% Annualized non-GAAP operating return on average common equity of 7.6% Diluted book value per common share of $58.27
