OLATHE, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV), the leading provider of digital government services, today announced net income of $13.6 million and earnings per share of 20 cents on total revenues of $78.3 million for the three months ended December 31, 2016. In the fourth quarter of 2015, the Company reported net income of $9.0 million and earnings per share of 13 cents on total revenues of $71.2 million.
