Laureate Education Announces Pricing of its Initial Public Offering
January 31, 2017 8:40 PM ESTBALTIMORE, Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Laureate Education, Inc. announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 35,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. Laureate has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,250,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
