Laureate Education (LAUR) IPO Opens Down 11%
February 1, 2017 11:08 AM ESTToday's IPO for Laureate Education (NASDAQ: LAUR) opened for trading at $12.50 after pricing 35,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, below the expected $17-$20 range. The offering size was raised from 29,000,000.
