January 31, 2017 4:15 PM ESTWATERBURY, Conn., Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A., announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.25 per share on its common stock.
