Camden National Corporation Reports 2016 Net Income Of $40.1 Million And Earnings Per Share Of $2.57
January 31, 2017 8:31 AM ESTCAMDEN, Maine, Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Camden National Corporation (NASDAQ: CAC; "Camden National" or the "Company"), a $3.9 billion bank holding company headquartered in Camden, Maine, reported net income for the fourth quarter of 2016 of $10.9 million and diluted earnings per share ("EPS")1 of $0.70 per share, which was consistent with the previous quarter's performance.
For the year ended December 31, 2016, the Company reported net income of $40.1 million and diluted EPS of $2.57, representing a 91% increase in net income and a 49% increase in diluted EPS over last year.
