Hawthorn Bancshares Announces Cash Dividend
January 30, 2017 3:18 PM ESTJEFFERSON CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hawthorn Bancshares of Jefferson City, MO (NASDAQ: HWBK) announced that the Board of Directors at its January 27, 2017 meeting approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share payable April 1, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2017. This dividend payment is consistent with the previous quarterly rate.
