First South Bancorp, Inc. Declares 16.7% Increase In The Quarterly Cash Dividend Rate
January 27, 2017 9:45 AM ESTWASHINGTON, N.C., Jan. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- First South Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSBK) (the "Company"), the parent holding company of First South Bank (the "Bank"), reports that on January 26, 2017 the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.035 per share, payable February 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2017. This quarterly cash dividend payment represents a 16.7% payment rate increase over the previous quarterly dividend payment.Â
