WSFS Reports 4Q 2016 EPS of $0.56, a 22% Increase Over 4Q 2015, and 2016 Net Income of $64.1 Million, a 20% Increase Over 2015; Net Revenue Improves 14% Over 4Q 2015 Driven by Strong Organic and Acqui
January 26, 2017 5:04 PM ESTWILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WSFS Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WSFS), the parent company of WSFS Bank, reported net income of $18.1 million, or $0.56 per diluted common share for 4Q 2016 compared to net income of $14.0 million, or $0.46 per share for 4Q 2015 and net income of $12.7 million, or $0.41 per share for 3Q 2016.Â
Net income for the year ended December 31, 2016 was $64.1 million, or $2.06 per diluted common share, as compared to $53.5 million, or $1.85 per share for 2015. Â
