FS Bancorp, Inc. Reports Record 2016 Results Including $10.5 Million of Net Income or $3.51 Per Diluted Share and Sixteenth Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 26, 2017 3:30 PM ESTMOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash., Jan. 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FS Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSBW) (FS Bancorp or the Company), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington (the Bank), today reported 2016 net income of $10.5 million, or $3.51 per diluted share, compared to net income of $8.9 million, or $2.93 per diluted share, for the same period last year. Â Net income for the fourth quarter of 2016 was $2.5 million, or $0.86 per diluted share, compared to $2.0 million, or $0.66 per diluted share for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2015.
