January 25, 2017 6:45 AM ESTMIAMI LAKES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BankUnited, Inc. (the Company) (NYSE: BKU) today announced financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2016, the Company reported net income of $63.3 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, compared to $56.3 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
For the year ended December 31, 2016, the Company reported net income of $225.7 million, or $2.09 per diluted share.
