Spectrum Brands Holdings Increases Common Stock Dividend by 10.5 Percent to $0.42 Per Share, Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
January 24, 2017 5:00 PM ESTMIDDLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPB) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share on the Companys common stock, which is an increase of 10.5 percent compared to the previous quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share.
The dividend is payable on March 7, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2017.
