Omega Protein Establishes Quarterly Dividend Program
January 23, 2017 8:00 AM ESTHOUSTON, Jan. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Omega Protein Corporation (NYSE: OME), a nutritional product company and a leading integrated provider of specialty oils and specialty protein products, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the initiation of a dividend program under which it intends to pay a regular quarterly cash dividend to its shareholders. The initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share is payable on March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2017.
