Mercantile Bank Corporation Increases Regular Cash Dividend
January 17, 2017 6:00 AM ESTGRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Jan. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: MBWM) ("Mercantile") announced today that on January 12, 2017, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, payable on March 22, 2017 to holders of record as of March 10, 2017. The $0.18 cash dividend represents an increase of approximately 6 percent from the $0.17 regular cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2016.
