Cousins Properties Announces Its Fourth Quarter 2016 Common Stock Dividend
January 3, 2017 4:27 PM ESTATLANTA, Jan. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2016. The fourth quarter dividend will be payable January 19, 2017, to common shareholders of record on January 13, 2017. The $0.06 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.24 per share on an annualized basis. Â
