December 22, 2016 4:32 PM ESTMIDLAND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Smith-Midland Corporation (OTCQX: SMID) announced that the Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $0.01 per share to be paid on January 13, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2016.
