NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (NYSE: SPLP), a diversified global holding company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of $.15 per unit, payable January 13, 2017, to unitholders of record as of January 3, 2017.
Any future determination to declare dividends on its common units will remain at the discretion of Steel Partners board of directors and will be dependent upon a number of factors, including the companys results... More
