Horizon Bancorp Announces a 10.0% Quarterly Dividend Increase
December 22, 2016 12:57 PM ESTMICHIGAN CITY, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Horizon Bancorp (NASDAQ: HBNC) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in its quarterly dividend from 10 cents to 11 cents per share. This represents a 10.0% increase and a dividend yield of 1.58% based on the price per share of $27.91 as of the close of business on December 21, 2016. The dividend will be paid on January 20, 2017 to shareholders of record on January 6, 2017.
