Fifth Third Bancorp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend on Its Common Stock Approximately 8% to $0.14 Per Share

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fifth Third Bancorp today declared cash dividends on its common shares, Series H preferred shares, and Series I preferred shares.
Fifth Third Bancorp (Nasdaq: FITB) today declared a cash dividend on its common shares of $0.14 for the fourth quarter of 2016, an increase of $0.01, or approximately 8 percent, from its previous quarterly dividend rate. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2016.
