December 16, 2016 1:30 PM ESTHONESDALE, Pa., Dec. 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwood Financial Corp (Nasdaq: NWFL) and its subsidiary Wayne Bank announced that the Board of Directors declared a $.32 per share quarterly dividend payable February 1, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 13, 2017. The $.32 per share represents an increase of 3.2% over the cash dividend declared in the prior quarter, and represents a dividend yield of 3.71% annually based on the closing price of Norwood stock on November 30th.
