RLJ Lodging Trust Announces Dividend for Fourth Quarter 2016

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RLJ Lodging Trust (the Company) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on January 13, 2017, to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2016.

Based on the Companys common stock closing price of $23.96 on December 15, 2016, the annualized $1.32 dividend represents a 5.5% yield.
