Caterpillar Inc. Maintains Dividend Rate
December 14, 2016 11:45 AM ESTPEORIA, Ill., Dec. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) voted today to maintain the quarterly cash dividend of seventy-seven cents ($0.77) per share of common stock, payable February 18, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 20, 2017.
