Hannon Armstrong Announces 10% Increase in Quarterly Dividend to $0.33 per Share for an Annualized 6.8% Dividend Yield

("Hannon Armstrong," "we," "our" or the "Company;") (NYSE: HASI), a leading investor in the energy efficiency, wind and solar markets, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share of common stock, an increase of 10% from the previous dividend level. This dividend increase will raise the annualized dividend payout to $1.32 per share of common stock, equivalent to an annualized yield of 6.8% based upon the Company's common stock closing price of $19.54 per share on...
