NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of CYS Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) (the Company) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2016. The common stock dividend will be paid on December 30, 2016 to stockholders of record of common stock on December 22, 2016.
