American Vanguard Declares Quarterly Dividend
December 12, 2016 9:00 AM ESTNEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Vanguard Corp. (NYSE: AVD) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.01 cash dividend payment to be distributed on January 6, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 23, 2016.
