Ashford Prime Declares Dividends For Fourth Quarter Of 2016 And Issues Guidance For 2017 Dividends
December 12, 2016 8:00 AM ESTDALLAS, Dec. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (NYSE: AHP) ("Ashford Prime" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share for the Company's common stock for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2016. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.48 per share, is payable on January 17, 2017, to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2016.
