ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE: STJ), a global medical device company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.31 per common share of the Companys stock. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first, second and third quarters of 2016 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $1.24 per share.
