GE Board of Directors Approves 4% Increase in Quarterly Dividend
December 9, 2016 11:27 AM ESTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of GE (NYSE: GE) today raised the Companys quarterly dividend 4%, or $0.01 per outstanding share of the Companys common stock, to $0.24 per outstanding share of the Companys common stock. The Board declared that the dividend is payable January 25, 2017 to shareowners of record at the close of business on December 27, 2016. The ex-dividend date is December 22, 2016.
