StoneCastle Financial Corp. Announces Cash Distribution of $0.37 Per Share for Fourth Quarter 2016
December 8, 2016 5:34 PM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StoneCastle Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) ("StoneCastle Financial" or the "Company"), an SEC registered closed-end management investment company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.37 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016. The distribution will be payable on January 3, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 22, 2016.
