Tecnoglass Announces Timing Of Regular Quarterly Dividend For Fourth Quarter 2016

(NASDAQ: TGLS) ("Tecnoglass" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of architectural glass, windows, and associated aluminum products for the global commercial and residential construction industries, today announced the timing for the payment of its declared regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share for the fourth quarter 2016.
