RGS Energy (RGSE) Announces Pricing of $4.1M Common Stock, Warrants Offering
December 8, 2016 9:11 AM ESTRGS Energy (Nasdaq: RGSE) announced that it priced its public offering of units (Units) consisting of shares of Class A common stock (the Common Stock) and Series I Warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock at $0.22 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4.1 million.
