Communications Systems, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.04 Per Share
December 1, 2016 9:00 AM ESTMINNETONKA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCS) (CSI or the Company), a global provider of connectivity infrastructure and services for deployments of broadband networks, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2016.
This marks the 57th consecutive quarter that CSI has paid a dividend to its shareholders.
