Forest City board declares regular quarterly dividend

(NYSE: FCEA and FCEB) announced today that its board of directors has declared a fourth-quarter 2016 cash dividend of $.06 per share of common stock, payable on December 23, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 12, 2016.
