Flushing Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.17 per Share
November 29, 2016 3:30 PM ESTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Nov. 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.17 per common share, payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2016.
