Williams Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 22, 2016 4:15 PM ESTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.20, or $0.80 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable Dec. 27, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business Dec. 9, 2016.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
