Brown-Forman Increases Cash Dividend 7.4%
November 17, 2016 3:01 PM ESTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Brown-Forman (NYSE: BFA) (NYSE: BFB) announced today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend on its Class A and Class B Common Stock by 7.4% to 18 1/4 cents per share from the prior quarters 17 cents per share. As a result, the indicated annual cash dividend will rise from $0.68 per share to $0.73 per share. Stockholders of record on December 2, 2016 will receive the cash dividend on January 3, 2017.
