Stage Stores Reports Third Quarter Results and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 17, 2016 6:30 AM ESTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stage Stores, Inc. (NYSE: SSI) today reported financial results for the third quarter ended October 29, 2016 and lowered guidance for the fiscal year.
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share on the Companys common stock, payable on December 14, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 29, 2016.
